Terms and Conditions

Special internet rates are only valid if you book through Pulojava Resort.
Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah.
Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.
The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified.
Additional services (additional person, and Ferry transfer, etc) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
Room Rates are inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for 2 persons unless otherwise specified.

Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 5 rooms per period.

Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person. The fee is Rp 500.000. Including 3 meals.
Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.
Boat pick up/drop : IDR 300.000 / way.

Check-in time is 2pm.
Check-out is at 12pm.
Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 17:00 hrs is 50% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.

Children age is from 7 – 11 years old.
Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one, unless otherwise specified.

All "no-shows" and reservations cancelled will be charged 100% of total reservation.
For Peak Season (Eid Fitri, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Long Weekend and School Holiday), All ”No-Show” and reservation cancelled will be charged for the total night reservation.
Early departure or shortened stay will be charged for the full length of stay as originally booked.
